WMC Volunteers
Welcome to Wyoming Medical Center Volunteer Services. Our volunteer organization began in 1953 with a mission to promote and advance the welfare of Wyoming Medical Center by providing various services to the hospital and its patients. We host more than 20 service areas within Wyoming Medical Center, WMC Foundation and our community. Our membership has surpassed 200 members, that graciously offer their time and talents to help us better serve our patients, their families, guests, staff and our community.
Wyoming Medical Center volunteers give from the heart each and every day. They provide a welcoming smile and helping hand to patients, families, visitors and staff. They offer directions and a personal guide to the room or treatment area. They are often the liaison between the family and the physician while a loved one is in surgery.
There are many opportunities for personal rewards that come from volunteering and helping others by touching lives and lifting spirits.

Free Blood Pressure Screening
Find out what your numbers mean to your heart health.
February is National Heart Month and Wyoming Medical Center along with the Heart Center of Wyoming is promoting your heart's health by holding free blood pressure screenings every Thursday in February from 1-3pm at the Cardiopulmonary Wellness Center, on the lower level of the Casper Surgical Center at 1201 East 3rd Street.
Diabetes Prevention Program
The Diabetes Care Center at Wyoming Medical Center is pleased to offer a pre-diabetes education program aimed at reducing diabetes risk. This 12-week program has been shown to improve blood sugars, reduce weight, and decrease or delay the development of type 2 diabetes. Click here to find out more...
